Guests who are looking to cancel and refund, or reschedule/rebook must give at least 24 hours notice. Guests will receive a full refund or the option to rebook in the case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances such as minimum number of booked guests, maintenance, etc.

GROUPS OF 20 OR LARGER REQUIRE 72 HOURS NOTICE TO MODIFY, CANCEL or REFUND BOOKINGS. LESS THAN 72 HOURS NOTICE WILL RESULT IN FULL CHARGE WITH NO REBOOKING OR REFUND OPTIONS

Please note: RAIN OR SHINE, our tours will operate. If conditions are deemed dangerous by our captain and team, will cancel the tour ahead of time. Guests will not be permitted to cancel or make changes to bookings within 24 hours of the departure time, regardless of weather forecast. We will only operate during safe conditions and we consider the rain absolutely safe. Please keep this in mind when making bookings during rainy days or seasons

Guests must contact us by phone (call or text) or email to rebook, cancel or inquire about a cancellation. No-shows, guests who miss the boat, and those cancelling within 24 hours of departure will not receive any refunds or rebooking options.
